Too often global business projects are complicated or disrupted by misunderstandings due to lack of information about culture driven business practices. Being able to work effectively across cultures demands more than knowing how to appropriately give and receive a business card and how to dial an international call. Knowledge of values, history and cultural fundamentals are required to operate effectively in a global setting, to bridge the cultural communication differences.
